AWCB Annual General Meeting and Pot Luck Dinner

Annual General Meeting & Potluck Dinner

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 4th June at All Saints Church, Waterloo.  This will be preceded by a Pot Luck Dinner at 6pm, with the AGM starting around 7:30pm.  All Members are invited to attend!  We also call for people to volunteer to join the Board; please contact chris@awcb.org if you are interested.  Arrival and setup of the potluck begins at 6 pm and the meeting beings at 7:30 pm (or likely a bit later as we talk so much!). Registration is free and all members should bring something to share for the Pot Luck Dinner or a drink. You can contact Florence (florence@awcb.org) or Kristen (kristen@awcb.org) if you wish to coordinate on the food. We are looking forward to seeing you soon!
