AWCB member Bettina Hansen does Hatha yoga with a little twist of Kundalini yoga which is gentle and focuses on stretching, relaxation and breath work and helps with pain management and reconnecting to the present moment. Yoga classes can be a fantastic way to enhance physical and mental well-being and her classes are gentle and for people of all levels, so join us if you can!
Please bring a mat and a small blanket along with you. We have the class at member Jan Allen's home in Overijse. There is plenty of parking out front and public transport nearby. We can have a tea or coffee afterwards as well!
