Pot Luck Dinner - ahead of the Annual General Assembly

Just ahead of our Annual General Assembly, we will have a Pot Luck dinner from 18:00 - 19:30 at the same location - the All Saints Church. Please bring a dish and something to drink (water, wine, beer, soft drink) that could accommodate 4-5 people, and email board@awcb.org with what you will bring so we can coordinate 

Please register separately for the Annual General Assembly which will be held directly after the pot luck dinner from 19:30 - 21:00.  We will have the option of in person or zoom attendance. The full agenda and proxies will be sent out 15 days in advance as required by our Statutes.
