14:30 - 17:00: General Assembly Meeting starts promptly at 14:30
This is a members only event. To attend you must be a ratified member approved by the board (the last members approved by the board were in October), and a member in good standing (membership paid in full at the time or registration).
For people who can not attend in person, they can also join us remotely via zoom. Wherever possible, we encourage you to attend in person.
To attend the General Assembly, please register no later than by January 3rd at 12:00 as we have to confirm the final number of participants to the Mailson des Ailes by then, and also send dial-in and voting instructions to those attending by zoom no later than 2 days ahead of the GA.
If you are unable to attend the General Assembly in person or on Zoom and would still like to vote, please complete the online proxy form here: https://forms.gle/wL74rSnpt7SP4A5SA. Please note that each in person attendee can only carry a maximum of 5 proxy votes; so please check with the person you want to use as your proxy that they have enough room left to carry your proxy. If your proxy holder does not attend the event, then your vote will not count.
