Ciao is an Italian restaurant that is part of The Merode, a private members only lifestyle and social club located in a historic mansion in Brussels of 6,000m² that was restored by the Cercle de Lorraine.

Ciao offers an exceptional food experience and embodies a vision of a modern and an uninhibited Italian cuisine that is both demanding and accessible, simple and comforting. 

The menu is designed by head chef Leonardo and restaurant manager and sommelier Sonia. Ciao restaurant is open for members and non-members, for lunch and dinner and offers a menu with varied dishes that are sure to surprise your taste buds. 

Every week Ciao’s restaurant’s talented chef, Leonardo Lacometti creates a new lunch menu that is inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients.
