Planting of the May Tree (Meyboom)

On Wednesday 9 August 2023, near the Grand-Place the planting of the Meyboom (or Meiboom) has to be done before 5 pm on the corner of the Rue des Sables and the Rue du Marais.

The plantation has been recognized as world heritage by the Unesco. It always takes place on 9 August.https://www.brussels.be/plantation-meyboom .  No registration needed!
