Join us for the AWCB Annual General Meeting followed by a welcome back lunch. This is a chance to connect with other members of the club and to learn about our plans for the upcoming year.

As with all Annual General Meetings, we will review last year’s financials and the coming years budget and ratify board members. This year due to changes in Belgium law, we have also updated our statues and will be sending members an overview of the proposed changes.

The lunch costs 35 euros/person and includes :
- Apero~two glasses of cava or orange juice
- 1/2 bottle of red or white house wine per person and water for the table
- Starter, Main Course, Dessert & Coffee
There is a choice of two menus:
Menu #1
Starter
Tomato terrine confit with goat cheese and basil, tomato sorbet and tomato water jam
Main Course
Grilled hanger steak with shallots, herbed potatoes and vegetable fondant
Dessert
Raspberry Millefeuille with cassis whipped cream
Menu #2
Starter
Poached eggs with oyster mushrooms, truffle mousse and ciabatta croutons
Main Course
Filet of Dorade in a ginger and virgin olive oil and lime sauce, tagliatelle and zucchini
Dessert
Fine Apple tart with vanilla ice-cream and caramel buerre salé
Please email your menu choice (#1 or #2) to events@awcb.org after registering for the lunch and advise if you prefer a vegetarian option instead.
(Soft drinks and other alcoholic beverages are not included, but can be paid for in cash)
A vegetarian option will be included and additional menu details will be announced before the event.
