Nordic Walking in the Foret De Soignes

Ever tried Nordic Walking? Those aren't ski poles people are using! Walking with Nordic poles burns more calories and works more muscles than conventional walking. So get your Nordic Walking poles and join us for an hour to an hour and a half of brisk walking followed by a coffee at the nearby Bosuil cafe.

We meet at the end of Kapucijnendreef, near number 74, in Overijse. The Bosuil Cafe is at the beginning of the street. Parking is free along the Karucijnendreef. There are also buses that go from Hermann Debroux Metro Station which take you Overijse. Exit at the first bus stop after the bus leaves the E411 motorway.
