Lisa will explain how she trains clients in individualized safety programs to recognize and mitigate threats through attentiveness, situational awareness, preparation (implementation of safety processes), fear & stress management, and risk assessment through the escalation pyramid.  Lisa will also give an overall understanding of personal safety and common misunderstandings.
