Ashtanga Yoga

Join us for Ashtanga Yoga with experienced and inspiring instructor Ester Munoz who will have you stretching and doing all kinds of folds, bends and twists to open your joints and hearts in no time!  

Have your yoga mats, props (small yoga blocks), blankets and water bottles ready.
