Scrumptious Fungus Hunting

Mark your calendars and make sure you have your chanterelles in hand and a glass of wine! Join us on Monday, 22 February at 18:00 for the first of the ACB's #ReDiscoverBrussels events, a series that will bring you through a virtual tour every month to uncover what you may – or likely may not – already know about our city surroundings. In this one-hour show, we are going to learn about what lurks beneath our Brussels cobblestones... and go mushroom hunting with Le Champignon de Bruxelles! 

Our favourite chef, Alex Joseph, from ACB Partner Rouge Tomate, will join us to share some cooking ideas that we can bring straight to the kitchen after the show. We can't wait to explore all this scrumptious fungus with you. 

And... you may just want to have some fresh mushrooms at-hand for the event!
