This meeting is scheduled to be held indoors. All health and safety procedures will be respected in line with Belgian government regulations. If required, we will limit attendance numbers based on Belgian government regulations in force at that time. If those regulations mean that the meeting cannot be held, the meeting will be cancelled or the board will make a best-effort attempt to hold the meeting virtually.
