Champagne and Chocolate Tasting

Join renowned champagne expert Charles-Eric Vilain XIV  for a wonderful night of Champagne & Chocolate. 

He will highlight the Champagne Region, the differences of various champagnes, and he will focus on how to better enjoy and choose your champagne. 

Participants will learn about the various grapes and how those impact your taste and the colour. You will be able to read and understand the labels and better understand the differences between high and poor quality champagnes. 

Finally, you will taste and put your knowledge into practice by recognizing different tastes and aromas of champagne and chocolate.
